Currently, we are looking for a Student Worker, Information Center Support to join the ArcBest Technologies team. The Student Worker, Information Center Support provides assistance to the Information Center team. 

Your contribution may include:

  • Assist in troubleshooting, setup and rollout of handheld mobile devices at freight terminals.
  • Assist in the process of replacing and retrieving aging computer hardware.
  • Assist with minor computer support tasks.
  • Assist with hardware/software inventory audits.
  • Other duties and projects, as assigned.

As the Student Worker, Information Center Support, you will be a member of the ArcBest Technologies Information Center team. This position is a part-time position that will average fewer than 30 hours per week. Generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload. Some weekend hours may be required.  Ready to apply? Before doing so, please make sure you meet the minimum requirements:

Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
